I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but had some issues, and the service was friendly but not exceptional. The location was perfect for shopping but noisy at times. The dining was decent but a bit pricey. Facilities were average.

I was truly impressed with this hotel! The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also pleasantly fragranced, giving off a fruity scent that was so inviting. The cozy ambiance and consistent cleanliness made my stay extremely comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service, with everyone - even the shuttle driver - being incredibly welcoming. However, there was one instance where the service wasn't as helpful, seeming a bit disinterested. The location was super convenient, especially to SGM mall, allowing us to avoid heavy traffic. The dining experience was enjoyable, with very fresh food, although slightly pricey. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor hiccups.

The service was fantastic, especially from Indira and the shuttle drivers, although the lack of concern for a broken into vehicle was concerning. The location was ideal for shopping but a bit far from the beaches. The dining experience was exceptional, albeit not included in the price.
